1. KNOWING YOUR PUPPER IS HEALTHY

I lucked out that Juniper loves eating healthy foods. A few fan favorites are carrot sticks, salmon treats, and apples. TFW you leave the vet for a check up and everything is just A-OK <3

2. GIVING AND RECEIVING UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

Whether it's waking up to kisses, receiving them when you arrive home or randomly throughout the day (even though you've been spending time together nonstop!) it never gets old. I understand dogs can get really hot easily and do not prefer to cuddle for long (if they even like to cuddle at all) but I savor each second of that 2 minute cuddle sesh every chance I get.

3. HAVING YOUR PUPPER'S PAWSITIVITY SPREAD
Seeing your pup's body language: having wiggle butts, jumping up and down on you, and bringing you all their favorite toys so you two can play together is always something that occurs every day no matter what time of day it is. So regardless of my mood, when I come home after a long day, her happy go lucky attitude is contagious.

4. SEEING HOW MUCH YOUR PUP ENJOYS SCRATCHIES AND BELLY RUBS
It's the little things that you can do that your pup appreciates that can make you overwhelmed with joy. It's not about the latest toys, or coolest leashes and beds, but the quality of time well spent together.

5. SEEING HOW CURIOUS YOUR PUPPER CAN GET
Juniper hates bath time but she is extremely curious of everything! Lately, she has developed a huge infatuation with water: splash pads, showers, drained bath tubs, and sprinklers etc. It is just too funny and enjoyable seeing her try to figure out the big world around her! Especially when its things that us hoomans interact with on a daily basis but is completely normal for us.

6. PLAYTIME WITH DAD
In our household dad plays way more rowdy with Juni and I just love watching how energetic and feisty she can get, especially for her size!

7. WHEN YOUR PUP GETS ALONG WITH OTHER DOGGOS
Seeing your pup create connections at dog parks or on a play date is really fulfilling. When we were finally able to bring her to the dog parks she was extremely shy and anxious, which is understandable, but each time going back, week after week, it was great seeing her start to grow more comfortable, open up, and interact with other doggos and not just with the fellow pawrents.

8. SHARING YOUR LOVE FOR YOUR PUP WITH OTHERS
It's great being able to share how much you love playing with your dog with others. There are so many amazing qualities I love about Juniper and I know that others may not always want to hear about her while I scroll through the endless photos on my phone, but when they meet her and see what makes her shine, I love having that connection.

9. BEING TAKEN AS A DOG MOM SERIOUSLY
Juni is as part of the family as much as any hooman is. These past few months I have learned how to take care of another living being and putting someone else's wants and needs before my own. I have learned how to pay attention to the little things in terms of safety because I have come to realize that I am a bigger worrier than I ever thought i was. We both even learn from each other on how to trust and earn respect and I know there is so much more to come!

10. KNOWING YOU GAVE YOUR PUPPER THE LOVE, ATTENTION, AND EXERCISE SHE NEEDS
I have and always will love watching my pupper sleep. It is so calming and knowing that after she is done recharging for a bit, she will be right back at it afterwards giving 110% during playtime! I know that if she comes home from playtime and knocks out then I now she has gotten adequate exercise, socialization, and had fun :)
